The proposal is proposed as a double bay building, both as tight as possible and separated by a friendly patio to allow proper ventilation of each of the houses. While the exterior bay behaves as a continuous element along the entire perimeter of the site, the interior bay is divided into two elements, which allow a passage, which from the block patio is understood as a street that opens the block towards the outside. This step is materialized through the connection that, crossing the exterior bay, communicates the patio with the street. This connection is increasing its dimensions towards the public highway, becoming a configurator element of the outdoor public space.
