The proposal, located in an exceptional environment within the urban fabric of Madrid, has sought to provide the maximum comforts, which can be given from the design, to the homes that have been projected in it. Ten homes have been planned, four of them with two bedrooms, and six with one bedroom. In the two-bedroom homes, both are double bedrooms and the house is developed on one level. On the other hand, those with a bedroom are developed on two levels. Lastly, the façade has been worked with a modulated vertical hole in response to the balcony hole so typical of this area of Madrid.
